Dessicated coconut

Jibita Khanna @Jibitakhanna

When I have excess coconut grated or half used, I simply either freeze it and use for Chutney or sundry and air dry it till all moisture vanishes. Use in your various recipes or for your baked goodies
Here I had half medium sized coconut.
#kitchentip - sometimes I add hot water and soak the dessicated coconut and I get fresh coconut
