It's a korean side dish which I like. Very simple and also healthy.
Steps

Boil tofu for 3 minutes, set aside on the towel to dry.

Blanch broccoli for 3 minutes, rinse and wash with cold water, drained then put them on mixing bowl.

Place the tofu in your palm then squeezing it through your hand so that it crumble into the mixing bowl. Break the bigger pieces so they are evenly in size.

Add the finely chopped garlic, salt and sesame oil, mix them well. Ready to serve.
