Lightly boil the chicken, then shred into bite-sizes. Parboil the cabbage in the same pot of boiling water, then julienne

Combine the chicken, drained cabbage, and all the seasonings in a bowl and toss together until evenly combined.

Transfer to a serving dish, then garnish with wedges of tomatoes. It's even tastier after chilling it well in the fridge.
