Take a pan add fenugreek seeds fenel seeds mustard seeds coriander seeds ciniman seeds black pepper clov ciniman stick black cardamom green cardamom star anees red chili dry roast and grind with fenugreek leaves and add salt red chili pawder tarmaric pawder amchor pawder mix well and keep aside

Take a pan add oil heat add onion ginger garlic paste stir fry to cook well add tomato 🍅paste stir fry to cook and add Mutton and green chili stir add some water and cook well

Now add curd stir fry to cook well add grind masala and kalonji red chili tarmaric pawder salt stir fry to cook add some water for gravi

Now add coriander leaves and lemon juice

Now keep for slow flame for 10minutes and flame off

Now transfer into serving plate and garnish lemon 🍋green chili tomato slices coriander leaves
