  1. 3Chikuwa
  2. 1Avocado
  3. 1/2a sac Mentaiko spicy pollack roe
  4. 2 tsp◎Mayonnaise
  5. 2 tsp◎Lemon juice
  6. 1◎Yuzu pepper paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Thinly slice the chikuwa, toss with crumbled mentaiko, then add the mayonnaise and yuzu-kosho paste.

    Sprinkle lemon juice on the avocado, toss all the ingredients together, then it's ready to serve.
