#Chilli Paneer is one of the popular recipes from Chinese cuisine. There are many ways of making it. You can make it dry, semi-dry, or a gravy version. In this post, I am sharing the semi-dry version.
Steps

Chop paneer in cubes. Chop capsicum length-wise and onions in cubes and separate all layers.

Add cornflour in a mixing bowl. Add salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, and make a paste by adding water. Add paneer cubes in this slurry and coat it well.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry coated paneer from all sides and remove it on a plate.

Now remove cooking oil from wok leaving only 1 tbsp cooking oil in it. Add onion cubes and saute for 1 minute. Now add capsicum and ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.

Now make a slury of corn flour, salt, and black pepper powder. Add this slury in onion Capsicum and stir well.

Add salt, soy sauce, red chili sauce, and vinegar, and mix well.

Add paneer cubes and saute for 1 minute and let it boil. Switch off the flame.

Serve hot garnished with spring Onion with noodles or fried rice.
