Teriyaki Pork Shiso and Mentaiko Rolls

Deep fried meat rolls may be more popular, but I don't like deep fried foods so I just pan-fry them.
Add as much mentaiko as you like. Since the rolls are coated with a sweet-salty sauce, I think that seasoning the meat lightly with salt and pepper on just one side is enough. Adjust the seasoning to taste. Recipe by Yagirinonegichan

Steps
- 1
Season just one side of the pork slices lightly with salt and pepper. Turn the meat over, put on a shiso leaf and spread some mentaiko on it with a spoon. Roll up diagonally, and dust lightly with flour.
- 2
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the meat rolls seam-side down. When that side has browned, roll them around to brown on all sides.
- 3
Add the combined ◆ ingredients, roll the rolls around to coat in the sauce, and they are done.
