Ingredients

10-15 minutes
2 people
  • 1green onion
  • Garlic and ginger paste
  • 1\2 Bell pepper finely chopped
  • Salt (put according to your taste)
  • 2Green chillies (optional)
  • Spices of your choice (optional)
  • Bowlfull of pumpkin cut in cubes

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Put oil in a frying pan over medium heat

  2. 2

    Add your ingredients bit by bit besides pumpkin stir the mixture

  3. 3

    Stir well and add your pumpkin keep stirring until tender and soft
    Add your favourite spices and stir a little more then serve.
