Red chili, green chili, small chili, garlic, onion put to stem for 15minutes then put to blender.

Cut tomatoes into small cube then sauteed without oil after the juices dried up add in the brown sugar cook until the brown sugar melty

Add in the chili & shrimp paste, sauteed for 10minutes then add in the cooking oil & salt cook for 15 minutes

Sauteed well, take out put in the bowl let's cold down, after cold down keep it in the glass jar then keep on the fridge,is can keep up 1month..
