Wash and soak moong dal overnight or for at least 2-3 hours.

Drain out excess water and grind dal with 1 cup of water, salt, and green chillies. Make a smooth paste of it.

Next, add turmeric powder, chilli powder. Beat it well until it becomes fluffy.

Once the bubbles start appearing on the top, add chopped onions, capsicum, and coriander.

Once it starts turning yellow-brown, flip the side and cook other side on medium flame too.

Ready moonglet enjoy with spicy green chutney or tangy ketchup.
