4 tablespoonsoil, water, garlic and ginger
Curry powder of your choice

Cooking Instructions

Wash your beef bones and put them on your pot with water and cook for 30 minutes

Then add your quick cook samp cook until soft

Chop your red green yellow pepper and onion

In a pan cook your chopped onions and yellow green red pepper stir for 2 minutes add garlic and ginger and stir then add curry powder of your choice stir until cooked

When it all cooked mix it together in one pot and stir until it properly mixed and close for 2 minutes for it to simar stir until you are satisfied...
