Tricolour Mini Mousse Shots

Fantabulous creamy and luscious Mousse Shots by me. Tricolour magic by me. Actually this was made on the Independence day for my kids party. And I gave it a new twist by making it natural as well as something that every kid would love to relish.
I have used Golden Mark Whipping Cream which is on the sweeter side. Therefore use Sugar accordingly.
Don't be liberal with it. Otherwise you might end up with very much sweeter Mousse Shots.
Rest is all as described. Easy and simple too. The best part is that it's not at all complicated. You can make this way ahead for any party or get togethers or even family reunions.
Both kids and adults will love this wonderful Dessert that's gorgeous looking as well.
Happy Dessert Time Kids!

Steps
- 1
Beat Whipping Cream until soft peaks are formed. Add Vinegar and some Powdered Sugar to it along with Fresh Cream and then fold in some melted White Chocolate chips. Now divide this into 3 parts. Leave the first part as it is.
- 2
Add the respective colours to the other 2 parts. You can use either Dry Colours or natural one's by using thick Carrot juice and boiled Green Peas mixture like I did. You can choose any other Veggies too for these colours.
- 3
Now comes the assembling part that's really interesting. Fill the mini glasses with Saffron coloured Mousse. Refrigerate it for about 15-20 minutes so that it sets perfectly.
- 4
Follow the same for the other two colours. Everytime chill this creamy Mousse for 5-10 minutes. That's it. Add a few Chocolate sprinklers on top. Serve this chilled. Enjoy ! Yum!
