Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 gmacaroni pasta
  • 3tomatoes puree
  • 2 tbspgarlic chopped
  • 2tbsp butter
  • 2tbspoil
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 2cheese cube
  • 1 tsppepper powder
  • 1chopped onion
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspSchezwan sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the pasta. In a Kadhai add oil and butter. When hot add chopped garlic saute it

    Now add chopped onion. Cook for 2min add tomato puree cook for 5min

    Now add all dry spices and add pasta.Cook for 2to 3minsAdd Schwab sauce.

    Now it's ready. Garnish with grated cheese.
