Wash n peel lotus roots n cut n almost inch size

Take water n add salt n boil them

Take a vok add oil n add ginger garlic paste n them add tomatoes

Add all dry spices n stir n let them cooks for 8 10 mints

At this stage add yogurt n cook.

Drain lotus n remove water...n add in tomatoes gravy.mix well as all tomatoes cover lotus. Sprinkle black ppr n cover on low flame.for 2 to 3 mints

Take a fry pan add some oil n add karry patta zeera n prepare tarka

Squeeze lemon n granshing with green chillies n coreinder leaves
