Ingredients

  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupdeseeded dates
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp milk powder
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 4 tbsp tutti fruity
  • 2 tbsp almonds. Chopped
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/2orange juice
  • as neededMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak dates in hot milk for 10min.then grind it to paste

  2. 2

    Seive flour,baking powder,baking soda,milk powder.

  3. 3

    In bowl add oil,juice,zest,curd
    Dates paste and mix to blend well add flour mixture, tutti fruity and mix add enough milk to make thick flowing consistency.

  4. 4

    Grease cake mould line with butter paper and pour batter tap it,top with chopped almonds,cook in preheated kadai for 40_45min. On medium to sim flame.

  5. 5

    Cool it cut in pieces and enjoy.
