Ingredients

  • 1 ltrWater
  • 150 gmSalt
  • As neededMedium size raw mangoes

Steps

  1. 1

    To 1ltr water add 150 gms salt and boil well.Switch off and cool to room temperature. Pour it into a glass jar and add washed and dried raw mangoes. Till fully immersed in salt water.

    Keep in cool dry place. After 2 months they are ready to be used in chutney or instant pickles.
