  • Frozen Limes(washed)
  • Grater

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring out frozen lime from freezer

    A picture of step 1 of Lime Zest.
  2. 2

    Immediately place on tiny side of grater

  3. 3

    Move upwards and downwards as in picture below,till white part shows

    Scoop zest out of plate with a spoon

  5. 5

    Use for juice, smoothie and salad/coleslaw,even for tea,ice cream,etc
