First chop all the vegetables as shown in the ingredients. Then boil the hakka noodles in hot water with salt and oil. Drain the water, add cold water and set aside.

Now we will make thai green curry paste. for this, grind dried coriander, whole black pepper and cumin in a mixer jar. then add green coriander leaves, coriander stalks, ginger, garlic, green chillies, onions, lemon peel, basil leaves, salt and a little water and take a fine paste.

Now heat olive oil in a pan and fry onion slices on fast gas flame. Then add carrots, french beans and broccoli and saut for 1 to 2 minutes.

Now add chopped cabbage, capsicum, corn kernels and long pieces of paneer mix and cook on low flame for a while. Then add green curry paste and mix well.

Now add coconut milk, mix well and cook for a while. Then add boiled noodles and salt and mix well. Cook for a while and turn off the gas.

Now our very tasty Thai green curry noodles are ready to serve. Garnish these noodles with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
