Presenting a wholesome, healthy and yummy snacks as breakfast which is nutritious and a quick fix morning snacking.
Steps

Finely chop onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, green chilli and keep aside.

Break eggs and whisk properly.

Cut the edges of bread slice from inside keeping the edges as it is, in order to get the square shape.

Now add milk, salt, turmeric, pepper powder in egg bowl and mix well. Add all the chopped veggies into egg mixture and give a nice mix.

Now in a non-stick pan grease with oil / butter, place the edge bread, slice, pour 3-4 tbsp egg mixture in the middle and spread evenly within the bread edges. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes by covering under low flame.

After 3-4 minutes, egg mixture settles and gets firm, flip it with the help of a broad spatula, cook the other side under cover for 2-3 minutes.

Let it cool down a bit, cut diagonally and its ready to serve.
