Boil your minji for 10 minutes in a pot

Peel your potatoes and cut into sizeable cubes then wash them.

Prepare your onion and any other ingredient..
Fry onion in a pot till brown - 4
Add ginger and garlic. stir and let the.mixture cook for 3 minutes then add potatoes and tomatoes
Let it cook.for.5 minutes - 5
Stir thoroughly to avoid sticking on the pot.
Add small.amount of water. - 6
After 10 minutes Add your.spices

Add your boiled minji.. allow to cook.for 3 minutes
Add your desired amount of stew - 8
You can also.add royco cube but its optional..
You also add one teaspoon full of wheat flour to make your stew thick.. - 9
Add your dhania and sweet off heat..
let it settle for 5 minutes then serve - 10
Then boil your rice
