Ingredients

  • 1Boiled Egg
  • 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped Onion
  • 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped Pickled Gherkin OR Cucumber
  • 1 tablespoonfinely chopped Parsley
  • 4 tablespoonsJapanese Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoonWhole Grain Mustard
  • Black Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Use a firmly boiled Egg. Chop up into 4-5mm pieces. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Add freshly ground Black Pepper to taste.
