These days ,am becoming more health conscious with my meals,staying off beef and embracing other options like crab and Prawns.
Steps

Wash and remove shells Prawns,set aside
Wash and remove outer shell from crab and set aside
Wash and cut okro
Grate pepper n onion set aside - 2
Put a clean pot on cooker,add the palm oil,let it fry for 2 minutes,add d locust beans fry for 1 minute then add grated pepper stir and let it fry
In another pot cook crab,when its almost done,add shrimps with little salt and cook for another 3 minutes. - 3
Then check d pepper frying,add the cup of water,not too much Please,Stir and add the chopped okro,stir again,add the seasoning cube n add d boiled crab and shrimps,let it cook for 5minutes on low heat and do not cover,stir and check for taste,add a pinch of salt if necessary,after 5 minutes,remove from fire.
