Cube and parboil potatoes.Drain water.The potatoes should be firm outside,but soft inside and not mushy.Heat oil in a wok and fry potatoes till light brown and crisp. In a separate pan heat 2 tsp ghee and toss the fried potatoes with 1/4 th tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder.

Drizzle lemon juice over the tossed black pepper potatoes or aloo morich and serve hot in breakfast with green chilli sauce and toasted bread.
