Steps

In a blender take cashunuts almonds and pistachios pulse it few time (don't make fine powder)
Keep 2 spoon crushed nuts aside. - 2
In remaining mixter add chia seeds raisins sunflower seeds soft dates pulse them few times still all well combining.

If mixter is dry add 1-2 spoon water / ghee
Pulse it again. - 4
Take small portion of mixture and make a laddu make all equal sized coat them with reserved crushed nuts.
