Heat oil and deep fry potatoes and cauliflower in golden brown

Take a Kadai add 1 spoon oil sprinkle the jeera add onion puree and ginger garlic paste cook 5 minutes

Add tomato puree and all spices mix well and cook 5 minutes

Finally add cauliflower and potatoes mix well and cook 10 minutes in low flame

Serve with a chapati and puri
