Grate your lemon to obtain the rinds..then cut it and squeeze the same lemon to obtain fresh lemon juice

Gather other ingredients..PS..I forgot to capture the eggs and sugar in the picture

Place margarine in a sufuria or bowl and add in sugar and whisk until well incorporated,

Beat each egg separately....place one egg york at a time into the mixture...later add in the egg white and whisk..add in cinnamon and lemon juice and whisk some more

In a separate bowl mix flour, lemon rinds and baking powder

Fold in the flour mixture while alternating with milk into the wet ingredients until your batter is ready

Grease your baking tins or sufuria and add in the batter

Bake in a preheated oven at 165° for 40 minutes or until the fork comes out clean

Let the cakes cook before enjoying
