Cooking Instructions

    Clean,soak in cold,clear water or in little soda water 1 hour. Wash and drain. Stuff,put ducks in roasting pan. Roast 11/2 to 2 hours. Add little cream last 30 minutes. Make stuffing of dry bread crumbs,salt,pepper,butter and chestnuts,celery salt. Bake @ 325.
