Steps

Wash, boil, peel, mash Arbi.

In a mixing bowl add mashed Arbi, add to it chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, fennel powder, black pepper powder.

Grease your palm and make a dough.

Add Kuttu flour, Sama Chawal flour, salt and mix well.

Grease the palm and make a dough.

Burn a charcoal on the flame and add to a bowl, add ghee and add to the dough. Cover to get a smoky flavour for 10 mins

Grease your palm and make balls, roll it in cylindrical shape.

In a pan heat oil and deep fry on medium flame. Set aside

Plate with your favourite Chutney or Sauce and enjoy your party time snack
