All seeds are so healthy for our body. Flaxseed is one of them. It consists of many nutritional components. Which help in maintaining the good cholesterol levels. And it also cures many diseases.
Flaxseeds have more nutritional facts than walnuts and almonds. We must include flaxseeds in our diet.
So many varieties dishes can be made. I chose Flaxseed Chutney. It's serve with chapati, Paratha, thepla.It can used as a sprinkler also.

Arrenge all mentioned ingredients at one place. Heat oil in a pan, add dried red chilli, chopped garlic and saute till garlic is brown.

Now add white till and saute, then add Flaxseed and saute till it starts spluttering.

Now swich off the flame, add salt mango powder and mix it well and allow it to cool.

Then grind coarsely and keep aside.

Healthy Yummy Flaxseed Chutney is ready and serve with paratha, thepla.
