Make boiled eggs. Boil them for about 7 or 8 minutes in a pot until hard.

Finely chop the onion. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients marked with ● and knead together thoroughly until they stick together. Divide it into 4 portions.

Cover the boiled eggs from step 1 with flour, and cover with the meat mixture from step 2. Cover with flour, beaten eggs, and panko in that order.

Heat oil in a wok, and fry the meatballs from step 3. Fry well, turning them over occasionally. They are finished when small bubbles start forming around the edges of the balls. Place them in a shallow container, and drain the grease. Cut in half after they have cooled, and serve them onto plates over shredded cabbage.
