Soak the greens in water with salt.

Wash the greens thoroughly.

Finely chop the parsley and a few lettuce leaves.

Finely chop the green onions, tomatoes, and mint.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Season with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and lemon zest. Add the washed bulgur (about 3 tablespoons, depending on the amount of greens).

Delicious served with grilled meats and French fries.
