Ingredients

10 pies
  • 600 gPlain Flour
  • 225 gButter
  • 10 gSalt
  • 160 gBoiling Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate cold butter into the flour and add salt

  2. 2

    Pour over boiling water and bring together with your hand until a soft smooth dough is made

  3. 3

    Fridge over night

  4. 4

    When using for pies, bake for 30mins at 180oC
