5-6 piece

3 tbspsugar
1small pinch baking soda
as required Ghee for greasing

Add sugar to a pan… melt it by continuously stirring.

Switch off the flame immediately a sugar melts… add a pinch of soda & mix it.

Keep ready a greased plate. put small small portion in the greased plate or you can even use butter paper. Now place the cookie cutter over the candy so it gets a cut design.

Now your dalgona candy is ready.
ENJOYYY AT ANY TIME!!!
