Take Bokphul in a Bowl. Sprinkle salt and 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder. Sprinkle 1/2 Tsp Rice Flour. Toss everything.

Take besan in a Bowl. Add rice flour and salt to taste. Mix everything. Add water and start preparing batter.

Dip Bokphul in batter. Pour oil in pan. Once oil becomes hot, put batter coated Bokphul in pan.

Fry them golden. Take out once pakoras become crisp and brown.
