Ingredients

  • 400 gramsChick Breast
  • 1 Teaspoonfish oil
  • Green Beans
  • 3 TablespoonsRed Curry Paste
  • 3lime leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoonSugar
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • 3small chili peppers

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop Chicken breasts into medium sized pieces

  2. 2

    Chop off ends of green beans and cut in half

  3. 3

    Heat oil in pan. Add Peppers. Stir fry the chicken

  4. 4

    Sprinkle fish oil on chicken

  5. 5

    Add Curry Paste, lime leaves and sugar.

  6. 6

    Add green beans and cook for an additional 5 minutes
