Ingredients

  • 150 gall-purpose flour
  • 25 gcocoa powder
  • 5 gbaking powder
  • 150 gsugar
  • 6eggs
  • 1 tbspvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients together and sift.

  2. 2

    Separate eggs whites from egg York's

  3. 3

    Beat egg whites till whitish and stiff

    Add egg York's now and keep on mixing and flavor

@Chef_msoft This is lovely! I have a question after the last step how long am i supposed to bake under how many temperatures or how did you bake using a meko? Would be interested to know!
