Churmur is a very popular street food from Kolkata. Every pani puri vendor makes it. It’s made by combining crushed puris, potatoes, and white peas. It’s so delicious that you just can’t stop eating it.

1/4 cupboiled white peas (about 40 grams)
1 teaspoonpuffed rice masala (or chaat masala)
2 tablespoonstamarind pulp (or to taste)

Cilantro leaves as needed

Take a bowl and crush the pani puris into it.

Peel and mash the potato, then add it to the bowl along with the boiled white peas.

Add the masala, salt, finely chopped green chili, and tamarind pulp. Mix everything well. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve.
