Steps

Preheat oven to 190 degrees celsius

Sieve together self raising flour, baking powder, bread soda and salt.

Add wholemeal flour and mix well

Add hazelnut yoghurt, milk and the egg to separate bowl and mix well.

Slowly fold in wet ingredients to the dry and mix well. Do not over mix!

Add to a pre greased loaf tin sprinkle with oats and bake for 30 mins.

Turn the oven down to 180 and cook for another 30 minutes.

Remove from tin and cook for a further 10 min on the oven shelf. Remove and place on a cooling rack.

Do not slice for at least 30 minutes.
