Sustaining Pork Dish with a Whole Apple

I made this recipe for sport athletes to recover from fatigue using low fat thinly sliced pork top round.
The amount of soy sauce needed might vary depending on the apple brand, size or sweetness. Start with 2 tablespoons first, and if the taste is too light, add more. You can substitute honey with sugar. In that case, adjust the sweetness to your liking. Recipe by Yamase Rieko
