Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 200 gramsThinly sliced pork (top round)
  2. 1/2Thinly sliced onion
  3. 1/2 bagBean sprouts
  4. 1apple worth ○Grated apple
  5. 1 tbsp○Grated garlic
  6. 1 tbsp○Grated ginger
  7. 1 tbsp○Cooking sake
  8. 1 tbsp○Honey (or sugar)
  9. 3 tbsp○Soy sauce
  10. 1※Sesame seeds (ground)
  11. 1※Shiso leaves (finely shredded)

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the ○ ingredients into a bowl, and mix to make the marinade. Add the thinly sliced pork top round to marinate.

  2. 2

    Saute the onion in a frying pan until it becomes soft and wilted. Add the bean sprouts and the meat from Step 1 including the sauce. When everything is cooked through, it's done.

  3. 3

    Top with ※sesame seeds and shredded shiso leaves.
