Heat oil in pan add chopped green chilli, chopped cauliflower,cabbage,onion mix saute for a while add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric powder mix it wel,then add coriander leaves,salt,mashed potatoes mix well to make stuffing,let it cool then make small balls of it.

Knead soft dough with wheat flour,ghee,oil,salt,carom seeds adding enough water, keep for 15min.

Knead again after 15min divide in equal balls.

Take dough ball roll it like Chapati and fill the stuffing spread it like triangle shape fold Chapati from three side to give triangle shape stuffing should completely covered.

Place on hot tawa and roast applying oil/ghee both sides. Serve hot with pickle and raita.
