Ingredients

30 minutes
2-3 persons
  • 1.5 tbspoil
  • 5-7 clovesgarlic (chopped)
  • 1onion (sliced)
  • 1-2fresh green chillies chopped
  • as requiredVegetables of your choice (chopped)
  • (Like cabbage, carrot, capsicum, baby corn, beans, beetroot)
  • 1small Tomato (deseeded and chopped)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1 tbspchilli sauce
  • 1 tbsplight soya sauce
  • 1 tbsppasta sauce
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 cuppenne pasta (boiled with salt)
  • Blockcheese

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a wok heat oil. Saute garlic. Then add chopped onion. Saute till brownish.
    Next add all the chopped vegetables, fresh green chillies and tomato.

    Make your normal kadhai non-stick at the time of cooking

    Add salt as required. Mix and cook till veggies are cooked yet crunchy. Next add the boiled pasta. Mix.

    Next add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce, pasta sauce and black pepper powder. Mix and well.
    Let it be on slow flame for sometime.
    Beetroot gives a beautiful pink colour...
    Switch the flame off... It's ready!!
    Before serving grate cheese generously..

Tips

Make your normal kadhai non-stick at the time of cooking

Does your food stick at the bottom of the kadhai while cooking? Here's a superb way out...Take your kadhai, heat it at high flame. As it gets heated, switch the flame off. Add little oil into it and nicely swirl all around the kadhai. Pour out all the oil. Now switch the flame on and cook. Your kadhai will behave like a non-stick pan.
