Shrimp and Tomato Spaghetti

Ingredients

  1. 300 gdry Spaghetti
  2. 500 guncooked, deveined shrimp
  3. 1 tspCrushed Garlic
  4. 1 Tbsplemon dressing
  5. 2 Tbspfinely shredded Mixed herbs
  6. 1 Cancrushed tomato
  7. 1 TbspWorstershire Sauce
  8. Salt and Pepper
  9. 3 Cupsmushrooms sliced
  10. 100 mlWater

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the shrimp with the, garlic, dressing and half of the herbs, put to the side until the shrimp is cooked

    Start cooking the pasta as per the package instructions

    While the pasta is cooking, use the same pan used for the shrimp and cook the mushrooms with a sprinkle of salt which would help bring out the natural moisture

    Add the tomatoes, and worstershire sauce and cook for 5 min, add the water and cook for another 5 min until the sauce thickens.

    Add the prawns, season with salt and pepper, add the rest of the herbs. Heat through, add the cooked pasta and mix well.

    Optional add grated parmesan and top with more fresh herbs
