Spaghetti Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino

I posted this recipe that I wrote on my blog.
Mushrooms and bacon go well together...
I thought it would definitely be delicious.
Use whatever type of mushrooms you like.

When boiling the pasta, add the salt after the water comes to a boil. As if pre-seasoning.
Garlic burns easily, so cook it carefully on low heat.
The only flavoring is salt!!
At step 4, even if the mixture is a little thick it comes out just right in the end.
But you will need to taste it. Recipe by TQM

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 100 gramsPasta
  • 2strips Bacon (1 cm thick cut)
  • 1/2pack Maitake mushroom (large enough to remove the roots)
  • 3 tbspOlive oil
  • 2 cloveGarlic (crushed, skin removed)
  • 2Red chiles (seeds removed)
  • 1 dashParsley (fresh or dried OK)
  • 1 dashSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Start by cooking the pasta! At the same time, heat olive oil in a pan, then cook the garlic at low heat until fragrant.

    Add the maitake mushrooms to the pasta pan 4 minutes before it finishes cooking.

    Add bacon and red chili to the pan.

    Once the pasta has cooked, add about 50 ml of pasta water to the pan and drain the pasta. Add the parsley and salt to the pan.

    Mix well, combining the olive oil and the pasta water. Mix quickly, until it becomes whitish like the picture above and emulsifies.

    Add the pasta and toss in the sauce. Transfer to your serving plate and...

    It's all finished! Garnish with parsley for the perfect look!

    If you feel the taste is a bit lacking, adjust with salt.
