For the dough
Sieve flour in a bowl, add salt then rubb in butter to form a sandy mixture - 2
Add cold water and mix to form a dough

Keep aside and prepare the filling

Heat little oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir.

Add the minced meat and stir till color changes

Add pepper, little water and diced potato.

Cover and allow to cook, add carrots and other spices

Add soy sauce and seasoning then allow to cook.

Dissolve corn flour in water and add to d filling on fire. Stir and allow to simmer for few minutes.

Off the heat and allow to cool before use

Now roll your dough and cut into a circle or use meat pie cutter.

Add the filling and cover with a fork. Repeat for the remaining dough and bake in an oven
