Steps

Heat up oil in kadai for deep frying cornflakes /makka poha. Fry until crisp drain in plate

Gather all ingredients first it will be easy to make.

Now deep fry peanuts in same oil until crisp drain on plate. Fry cashunuts fry raisins fry curry leaves fry slit green chilli one by one all are fry and keep aside.

Heat oil in another pan add turmeric powder red chilli powder mix well add fried cornflakes (makka poha) add all fried ingredients add salt chhat masala mix all well.

Cool the mixture and store in air tight countainer.

Serve with hot tea or coffee.
Your easy tasty crunchy snack is ready.
