  2. 1 cupdesi ghee
  3. 1 cupMilk,
  4. 1/2 cupkhoya,
  5. as required dry fruits of your choice,
  6. as per taste Sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Grate the carrots and roast it in a pan on slow flame.. When it becomes soft add ghee and mix it well

    Then add khoya and milk and mix it well and cook till it becomes soft and colour changes, add sugar and dry fruits.

  3. 3

    When the halwa becomes thick and sugar dries up add 1 tsp ghee and switch off the gas and serve hot. It tastes heavenly
