Ingredients

  • 1heaped cup flour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 4 tspbaking powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2 tblmaziena
  • 2 tblklim
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupboiling water
  • half cup oil
  • Half tsp ground cardamom
  • Half tsp crushed edible lavender

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients together
    Add in egg n mix well
    Add in liquids n beat for 3 min

  2. 2

    Pour into a pan n bake at 180'C till sponge bounces back. Approx 25-35 minutes.
    Cool n drizzle glaze over

  3. 3

    Glaze with icing sugar and milk a drop of purple colouring women edible lavender and ground cardamom n pour over
