Til ke laddu or sesame ladoos are traditional Indian sweet balls made with sesame seeds, jaggery and cardamom powder. These sweet balls not only taste delicious with a nutty aroma but are also rich in iron & calcium
Studies show that sesame seeds contain a lot of healthy ingredients, including phytosterols, that lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Sesame seeds are also an excellent source of lignans, a type of polyphenol that has been shown to improve lipid profiles and normalize cholesterol levels.
I don't like cardamom so I didn't add
