Then make the marinade: combine ingredients in a small bowl, add chicken strips and marinate, cover with plastic wrap in the refrigerator several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Drain chicken and reserve the marinade.

Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized pan, then add the chicken, carefully cook over a medium-high heat for about 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and tender, stirring the reserve marinade.

Serve chicken strips with Humus and pita bread
