Cut the fish fillet is into 3 cm cubes then thread on oiled skewers and set aside

For the marinade, combine oil, garlic, coriander, human and pepper in a small bowl.

Brush fish with marinade.

Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator to several hours or overnight. Turn occasionally

Drain and reserve marinade.

Place skewers on cold, lightly oiled grill.

Cook and a medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until tender, turning once, and brushing with a reserve marinade several times during cooking.

Serve with pita bread and seasoned vegetables
